Salt Spray Test Chamber

1.Usage

The salt spray corrosion tester is mainly used to test the corrosion resistance of products after surface treatment of various materials, including coating, electroplating, inorganic and organic surface film, anodizing, anti-rust oil and other anti-corrosion treatments.

 

2. Features

1. Adopting imported digital display controller with full digital circuit design, accurate temperature control, long service life and complete testing functions;

2. The display interface is dynamic during operation, and there is a buzzer alarm to remind the working status; the instrument adopts ergonomic technology, which is convenient and simple to operate and more humane;

3. It has an automatic / manual water adding system, which can automatically replenish the water level when the water level is insufficient, and the test will not be interrupted; 4. The temperature controller uses a digital display, and the PID control error is ± 0.1 ℃ ; 5. Double over-temperature protection, insufficient water level warning release to ensure safe use. 6. The test room uses steam direct heating, which heats up quickly and evenly, reducing standby time; 7. The precision glass nozzle is evenly diffused by the cone disperser of the spray tower with adjustable mist and mist volume, and naturally falls on the test card, and it is guaranteed that there is no crystallized salt blocking.

4. Technical parameters:

4.2 Use power supply : 220V /50Hz

4. 3 Cabinet material:

a. The test machine box is made of light grey PVC board with a thickness of 5mm

b. The test chamber cover is sealed with light grey PVC board. The edges are double-thickened inside and outside to prevent distortion caused by long-term high temperature.

c. Hidden integrated reagent refill bottle, easy to clean and operate.

d. The pressure air barrel adopts plastic high pressure resistant barrel for best heat preservation effect.

e. The test sample rack adopts a flat indexing type, the angle can be adjusted at will, the fog falls evenly on all four sides, the fog is completely consistent, the test results are accurate, and a large number of test samples can be placed.

4.4 Salt spray test; NSS , ACSS

Laboratory: 35 ℃± 1 ℃.

Pressure air cylinder: 47 ℃ ± 1 ℃.

4.5 Air supply system: The air pressure is 1Kg /cm2 and is adjusted in two stages. The first stage is for rough adjustment of 2Kg /cm2 , using imported air filters with drainage function. The second stage is for precise adjustment of 1Kg / cm2 , 1/4 Pressure gauge , accurate display.

4. 6 spray modes:

a. The Benoit principle absorbs salt water and then atomizes it. The atomization degree is uniform and there is no blocking crystallization phenomenon, which can ensure the continuous testing.

b. The nozzle is made of tempered glass, and the spray volume and spray angle can be adjusted.

c. The spray volume is adjustable from 1 to 2 ml/h ( ml/80 cm2/h standard requires 16 hours of testing to calculate the average volume). The metering cylinder is installed in an embedded manner, with a beautiful and neat appearance, convenient operation and observation, and reduces the installation space of the instrument.

4.7 Heating system: Direct heating is adopted, the heating speed is fast and the standby time is reduced. When the temperature reaches the required level, the constant temperature state is automatically switched, the temperature is accurate and the power consumption is low. The heating tube is made of pure titanium, which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and has a very long service life.

4.8 Control system :

. The laboratory heating tank uses a liquid expansion safety temperature controller 0~120 ℃ ( EGO , Italy ). A manual water adding system is used to manually replenish the pressure barrel and laboratory water level to prevent water shortage and ultra-high temperature from damaging the instrument.

4.9 Demisting system: removes salt mist in the test chamber when the machine is shut down to prevent corrosive gas from flowing out and damaging other precision instruments in the laboratory .

4. 10 Safety protection devices:

a. When the water level is low, the power supply is automatically cut off and the safety warning light device displays dynamically.

b. When the temperature exceeds the limit, the heater power supply is automatically cut off and the safety warning light device displays dynamically.

c. When the test reagent (brine) water level is low, the safety warning light device displays dynamically.

e. Leakage protection function can prevent personal injury and instrument failure caused by line leakage or short circuit.
