HZ-3105B 5A Transformer Winding Resistant Tester
I. Overview
The DC resistance of a transformer is a mandatory test item for semi-finished and finished products in transformer manufacturing, installation, overhaul, after changing the tap changer, handover tests, and preventive tests conducted by power utilities. It can inspect the welding quality of winding connections and check for inter-turn shorts in the windings. It can also detect whether each position of the voltage tap changer makes good contact and whether the actual position of the tap changer corresponds to the indicated position, as well as check for any breaks in the outgoing leads and any broken strands in multi-strand wires wound together. To meet the need for rapid measurement of transformer DC resistance, our company has developed the HZ-3105B DC resistance tester. This instrument adopts brand-new power supply technology and features a small size, light weight, high output current, good repeatability, strong anti-interference ability, and comprehensive protection functions. The entire device is controlled by a high-speed microcontroller, offering a high degree of automation, including automatic discharge and discharge alarm functions. The instrument provides high measurement accuracy and easy operation, enabling rapid measurement of transformer DC resistance.
