1. Insulating oil withstand voltage tester low pressure oil medium measurement


The oil medium is usually 15~35kV. Even if the oil medium contains a small amount of moisture and impurities, the equipment can be tested normally. The performance is that each bubble particle (or impurity) is adsorbed in the ball gap and discharged during the boost, and the bubble destroys the ball gap. , The air bubbles are dissipated and squeezed out of the ball gap, supplemented by oil, so the pressure continues to increase until the oil-medium bearing point is broken down, this kind of test data is still credible.


2. Use insulating oil withstand voltage tester to measure inferior oil


When recovering the oil to be filtered, please do not force the use of the machine like water droplets and impurities visible to the naked eye. In the low-quality oil medium stored for more than 24 hours, there are large water droplets sinking under the oil, and fine particles floating on the oil. The user uses a non-polluting appliance to extract the oil sample in the middle part, and carefully observes whether there is a thin line of mist during the boost (from the beginning of the boost) during the test. When found, immediately turn off the power and stop the test. Or in the process of boosting, continuous discharge occurs at multiple points, and the equipment cannot be automatically shut down, and the user must immediately turn off the power and stop the test.


3. Judgment of test results of insulating oil withstand voltage tester


In the test, there are 4 kinds of changes in the spark discharge voltage.


(1) Several times the spark discharge voltage is extremely low. In several tests, the dirt on the electrode surface of the oil cup during or before the oil filling will be affected by some external factors, and the value of several times may become lower. In this case, take the average of 2-6 times.


(2) The voltage value of the 6 spark discharges gradually rises. Generally, in the unpurified and inadequately processed oil samples that absorb moisture, the moisture level of the oil after the spark discharge is improved, so it appears.


(3) The voltage value of the 6 spark discharges gradually decreases. Generally speaking, since it appears in the relatively clean test oil, the generated free charged particles, bubbles, and carbon chips increase successively, resulting in damage to the insulation performance of the oil. In addition, there are automatic oil testers that do not stir during the 6 consecutive tests. , The carbon particles between the electrodes gradually increase, and the spark discharge voltage gradually decreases.


(4) The middle height where the spark discharge voltage value is low. This is a normal phenomenon.


When the deviation of the withstand voltage value of the insulating oil withstand voltage tester test is large, for example, in the test using the preventive test method, when the value of 1 out of 6 tests has a large deviation from the other values, it is not necessary to calculate this time. Value or re-run the oil sample test. Large deviations may be due to poor oil quality or uneven distribution of free carbon.
