I.Overview

The EPT5042 open flash point tester is a replacement product of the current petroleum product open flash point meter. The instrument is tested according to the requirements of the national standard GB/T3536-2008, and the whole measurement process is automatically carried out. The instrument adopts large screen liquid crystal display, which has accurate measurement and stable performance. It can fully meet the needs of petrochemical, electric power, scientific research and other departments to determine the flash point of petroleum products. It is very convenient to use and is popular among oil workers.
II.Instrument Characteristics
1. Using 5.7-inch LCD display, English menu prompts, simple operation, needle printer, automatic printing test results;
2. Using a platinum wire ignition head for ignition;
3. The temperature value automatically stops detecting, and the alarm prompts, increasing safety;
4. The flash point value automatically performs atmospheric pressure correction;
5. According to the test process, automatic ignition, automatic gas, automatic cut off gas source, start strong air cooling after the test;
6. Standard RS232 interface, communicate with the host computer through special software.
