120 kV High Voltage Hipot DC Dielectric Test System
Scope of application
The HZ5231 series intelligent DC high-voltage generators are engineered for DC withstand voltage and DC leakage current testing of high-voltage electrical equipment. Typical applications include testing zinc oxide arresters, power cables, transformers, circuit breakers, generators, and other apparatus commonly found in power utilities, industrial and mining enterprises, and metallurgical and steel industries.
Incorporating advanced AIPWM technology, the series intelligently corrects the inherent nonlinearity of traditional PWM, resulting in significantly improved measurement precision. AI-driven overvoltage and overcurrent protection replace conventional digital dial switches, overcoming limitations such as voltage-only setting, inability to configure current values, and voltage drift.
The system introduces AI-automated functions including zinc oxide arrester measurement, cable sectional voltage testing, and automatic pressure testing. Test reports can be directly printed and saved. Manual operation mode is retained and enhanced with arbitrary voltage output, current flow printing, and segmented timing capabilities. A built-in perpetual calendar automatically timestamps each test report with the current date and time.
