Use an appropriate power cord. Only use the power cord that is dedicated to this product and meets the specifications of the transformer winding deformation tester. Connect and disconnect correctly. When the test lead is connected to a live terminal, do not connect or disconnect the test lead at will.


The product is grounded. In addition to the grounding of the transformer winding deformation tester through the grounding wire of the power cord, the grounding pole of the product shell must be grounded. To prevent electric shock, the grounding conductor must be connected to the ground. Before connecting to the input or output terminals of the product, make sure that the product is properly grounded.


Pay attention to the ratings of all terminals. In order to prevent the risk of fire or electric shock, please pay attention to all ratings and markings of this product for further information about the ratings. Do not operate without the instrument cover. If the cover or panel has been removed, do not operate this product. Use an appropriate fuse. Only use fuses that meet the specified type and rating of this product. Avoid contact with exposed circuits and charged metals. When the product is powered on, do not touch the bare contacts and parts. Do not operate when there is a suspicious failure. If you suspect that the product is damaged, please check it by our company's maintenance personnel and do not continue to operate it.


Do not operate in a humid environment. Do not operate in an explosive environment. Keep the surface of the product clean and dry. The transformer winding deformation tester should be preheated for 15 minutes before measurement. If the temperature is low in winter, the preheating time should be appropriately extended to ensure the normal measurement of the instrument.


Pay attention to the grounding wire strictly in accordance with the schematic diagram. In particular, the grounding clip that responds to the signal must be connected to the grounding clip of the excitation signal through the connecting wire, and then the grounding wire of the excitation signal is grounded to the iron core to ensure the correct flow of the signal current.
