I.Working principle

Measurement Circuit

The instrument's measurement system includes a current measurement circuit, with an optional voltage measurement circuit that can be added as required to support extended volt-ampere characteristic testing.

Digital Control & Data Acquisition

The system is controlled by a 16-bit microcontroller employing a digital real-time acquisition method. By measuring the amplitude of the voltage signal and applying the corresponding voltage ratio, the system can accurately calculate the measured high voltage value. The voltage amplitude is also compared against preset values to realize automatic timing functions.

Based on current proportional relationships, the system calculates the real-time output current. By comparing the measured current or voltage signal amplitude with set points, it performs over-current protection functions.
