The VLF AC Hipot Tester integrates advanced digital variable-frequency technology with microcomputer control, enabling fully automatic voltage boost, step-down, measurement, and protection functions, while also allowing manual intervention during the automatic boost process. Its fully electronic design ensures a compact footprint and light weight. The large LCD screen provides a clear and intuitive display, including real-time output waveform visualization, and the built-in printer produces test reports for convenient documentation.
VLF AC Hipot Tester Technical Parameters
The VLF AC Hipot Tester offers a wide range of output voltage ratings, including 30 kV, 40 kV, 50 kV, 60 kV, and 80 kV, with selectable output frequencies of 0.1 Hz, 0.05 Hz, and 0.02 Hz. The instrument achieves a measurement accuracy of ±3%, with positive and negative voltage peak errors not exceeding ±3% and voltage waveform distortion maintained within 5%.
Designed for both indoor and outdoor use, the tester operates reliably in ambient temperatures ranging from –10 °C to +40 °C and relative humidity levels up to 85% RH. It is powered by a standard AC 50 Hz, 220 V ± 5% supply.
