HZJQ-3 3 Cups Transformer OIl Dielectric Strength Test Equipment
The HZJQ-3 transformer oil dielectric strength tester offers user-friendly operation with minimal setup required. Operators need only perform a simple configuration, and the instrument automatically conducts dielectric strength tests on 1 to 3 oil samples in sequence.
For each oil sample, the breakdown voltage values and the number of test cycles are automatically stored. Upon test completion, the built-in thermal printer can output a report containing all breakdown voltage values and their corresponding averages.
Precautions
Pre-Test Preparation: Before testing, the selection and placement of oil samples, as well as the electrode distance, must comply with national and industry standards.
Electrical Safety: After the power is connected, operators and other personnel are strictly prohibited from touching the casing to avoid electric shock hazards.
Abnormal Conditions: If any abnormality is detected during instrument operation, the power supply must be disconnected immediately.
Oil Cup Conditioning: New oil cups or freshly cleaned oil cups must be subjected to 24 breakdown cycles before testing. When not in use, the oil cup should be kept immersed in clean oil.
