Main functions and features

1. This instrument adopts a microprocessor and six cups in one. It can automatically complete the operations of boosting, holding, stirring, resting, calculating, printing, etc., and can carry out oil circulation pressure test in the range of 0～80kV.

2. Large-screen LCD display, English character menu prompts.

3. The operation of this instrument is simple, the operator only needs to make simple settings, and the instrument will automatically complete the pressure test of 1-6 oil samples according to the settings. Each oil sample, each breakdown voltage value and cycle times will be automatically stored. After the test is completed, the thermal printer can print out the breakdown voltage value and average value of each oil sample.

4. Power-off retention, can store 100 experimental results, and can display the current ambient temperature and humidity.

5. The single-chip microcomputer is used to boost the voltage at a constant speed, and the voltage frequency is accurate to 50HZ, which makes the whole process easy to control.

6. With overvoltage, overcurrent, limit protection and other protections to ensure the safety of operators.

7. With temperature measurement display function and system clock display.

8. Standard RS232 interface, which can communicate with computer.

Maintenance

1. Avoid exposing the instrument to a humid environment.

2. The oil cup and electrode should be kept clean, and should be protected with new transformer oil during the period of non-use. Before using again, check whether the distance between the electrodes has changed, whether the electrode head and the electrode rod screw thread is loose, if there is any looseness, it should be tightened in time.

3. The high-voltage electromagnetic switch in the oil cup box of this instrument is oil-filled and insulated. The oil level should be observed through the transparent switch housing regularly. If the distance between the oil level and the top is more than 10mm, the plug should be unscrewed to supplement GB2536 No. 25 Transformer oil.

Common troubleshooting methods

The power indicator does not light up, and there is no display on the screen

No breakdown of the oil cup

1 Check whether the circuit board connector is in place

2 Check whether the high-voltage switch of the box cover is in good contact

Insufficient display contrast

Adjust the adjustment potentiometer on the circuit board

The printer does not print

1 Check if the printer power cord is plugged in

2 Check whether the printer data cable is plugged in
