I. Overview

HZ-1542 Petroleum and Synthetic Liquid Demulsifying Tester was developed according to GB/T7305-2003 "Determination of Water Separation of Petroleum and Synthetic Liquids" and GB/T 7605-2008 "Determination of Demulsifying Degree of Turbine Oil in Operation" and ASTM D1401 developed. The test principle of the instrument is to add 40ml of oil sample and 40ml of distilled water to the graduated cylinder at a constant temperature, stir for 5 minutes to form an emulsion, and then measure the time required for the separation of the emulsion (that is, when the volume of the emulsion layer is not more than 3ml). After standing for 30 minutes, if the emulsion is not completely separated, or the emulsion layer is not reduced to 3ml or less, record the volumes of the oil layer, the water layer and the emulsion layer at this time. It is suitable for measuring the separation ability of petroleum products and water, and is widely used in electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, commodity inspection, universities and scientific research departments.

III. Technical parameters

Matters Needing Attention

1. When the glass jar is not filled with water, no electricity is allowed.

2. When connecting all lines of the instrument, the instrument shall not be plugged into the power plug.

3. The bath liquid should be free of impurities and floating objects to avoid blocking the test hole.

4. When using the total immersion thermometer to correct the temperature, the effective scale of the thermometer shall not show the liquid level of the constant temperature bath.

5. Instruments are not allowed to be stored or used in humid and corrosive gas environment.

7. The power supply must be well grounded.

8. Cold water shall not be added to the glass cylinder without cooling, so as to prevent the cylinder from bursting.
