I.Overview

The Existent Gum Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the national standard of the people's Republic of China GB / T 8019-2008 determination of fuel colloid content jet evaporation method.

It is applicable to the method of using steam evaporation medium in accordance with the GB / T 8019-2008 GB/T 509、GB/T 8019、ASTM D381 standard for the determination of the actual colloid content in air turbine fuel.

The instrument is a practical colloid test instrument with excellent performance, wide use and full compliance with GB / T 8019-2008 standard.

1. Working power: ac20v ± 10%, 50Hz, 2.5kW.

2. Type and size of evaporation bath: Aluminum bath block φ 260mm × 130mm.

3. Number of test holes: 3.

4. Test hole size: φ 51mm × 70mm.

5. Working temperature: when steam bath, test bath temperature (232-246) ℃; evaporation bath (test hole) (229-235) ℃.

6. Temperature control method: automatic temperature control.

7. Temperature display: digital display.

8. Flow display: when steam bath, it is displayed by pressure gauge.

9. Air source: when steam bath, external electric heating steam boiler is connected.
