HZYN-265E Petroleum Products Kinematic Viscosity Test Instrument
I. Purpose And Scope
The instrument is designed and made as per the national standard of People's Republic of China GB/T1841 "Standard Test Method for Viscosity of Polyolefin Resin Solution". It is used to determine the viscosity of decahydronaphthalene solution of polythene and polypropylene at the stipulated temperature. The instrument can also be used to determine the viscosity of asphalt at the stipulated temperature as per the industry standard of People's Republic of China T0619 "Asphalt Kinematic Viscosity Test (Capillary Method)".

(1) PV value: It is the measurement value. It shows measuring temperature and kinds of prompts as per instrument status.
(2) Shifting key:1. Move the position when setting parameters; 2. Display switching between temperature setting value and timing time value.
(3) Function key:Modify setting values. Callout, modify and affirm parameters.
(4) SV value:It is the setting value. It shows setting temperature and kinds of parameters as
per instrument status. In the normal temperature control state, the temperature setting value is
displayed; When the timer is working, the timer value is displayed (the default display is the
temperature setting value)
(5) Decrease:It is used to decrease the setting value.
(6) Increase: 1. It is used to increase the setting value;
2. Used to start and pause the timer. When timing is needed, press this key to enter the timing working state. The timing value starts from 0 and the timing time is displayed at the "SV display value"; Press again to pause the timing. In the process of timing operation, press this key for 3 seconds to stop timing, and the timing value is cleared.
Note: during the actual test, please use the timing switch for timing. The function of the timing switch is completely consistent with that of increase keys.
