HZ-1020B ASTM D323 Automatic Saturated Vapor Pressure Tester

Instrument overview
This instrument is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB/T8017 and the American national standard ASTM D323. It is suitable for measuring the vapor pressure of gasoline, volatile crude oil and other volatile petroleum products. It cannot be used to determine the vapor pressure of liquefied petroleum gas.
The system consists of a heated water bath, three auto-rotating steam pressure bombs and a control box. After starting up, the system will automatically turn on the circulating water pump, turn on the heater, start heating the water bath, and control the temperature of the water bath to be constant at 37.8±0.1℃. The user should assemble the steam pressure bomb according to the standard requirements, and then put it into the bomb bath of the water bath; if "test" is selected, the steam pressure bomb will reciprocate and rotate at an angle of 350 degrees, and the system automatically detects the pressure of the three steam pressure bombs Data, until the three pressure data remain unchanged for two consecutive minutes, this pressure value is used as the vapor pressure of the measured oil sample.
The instrument is controlled by a single chip microcomputer and has functions such as automatic testing, color screen display, automatic diagnosis, result query, and printing.
