HZ3230 Microcomputer Salt Content Measuring Instrument is based on the principle of microcoulometric titration. When the halide in crude oil is heated and pumped into the water, the chloride ion in the sample is immersed in the water. The water sample containing chloride ion is directly added to the titration cell. The reaction between silver ion and chloride ion is produced by electrolysis. After the reaction, the silver ion is automatically stopped from electrolysis. The chloride ion or salt content in the sample can be calculated automatically by the computer according to the amount of electricity consumed by the silver ion produced.
In microcoulometric titration, the electrolytic current is a constant current. The pulse width of the titration current is determined by the signal caused by the sample entering the electrolytic cell. After amplification, the signal is transported to the MCU and then to the electrolytic circuit, which is sent to the electrolytic cell for electrolysis to produce the titrative substance. When the measured substance decreases gradually, the pulse width of signal and electrolytic current decreases gradually, and the measured substance W (g).
