I. Product Overview

This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the provisions of the People's Republic of China standards GB/T 510 "Petroleum Products – Determination of Freezing Point," GB/T 3535 "Petroleum Products – Determination of Pour Point," as well as ASTM D2500, and tailored to meet specific user requirements.

The instrument features a new type of compressor, an advanced digital temperature controller, and a unique refrigeration bath. It offers excellent refrigeration performance, high temperature control accuracy, and a uniform, stable cold bath temperature.

It is suitable for oil exploration, production, and application units, as well as related institutions and scientific research departments for the determination of freezing point and pour point of petroleum products.

III. Working principle

In accordance with the national standard requirements for test methods such as pour point and freezing point, place the test tube containing the sample into the instrument's cold bath. Set the test temperature and counting time according to the specifications of the relevant test method. When the instrument's temperature control system reaches the preset test temperature, tilt the test tube for one minute and observe the test result.
