10kV Transformer Tan Delta Measuring Instrument
The HZ2581 transformer tan delta tester adopts variable-frequency power supply technology, integrating microcontrollers and electronic components to implement automatic frequency conversion, analog-to-digital conversion, and data processing.
The variable-frequency power supply uses a high-power switching supply and outputs pure sine waves at a single frequency of 50Hz/60Hz and dual frequencies of 47.5Hz/52.5Hz, 45.0Hz/55.0Hz, 57.5Hz/62.5Hz, and 55.0Hz/65.0Hz. It supports automatic voltage regulation and can provide a voltage output of up to 10kV. With automatic 50Hz interference filtering, it is well suited for use in substations and other environments with strong electromagnetic interference.

Precautions
Comply with the requirements of the High Voltage Test Safety Work Regulations.
High-voltage testing requires at least two personnel: one operator and one supervisor.
The input voltage is AC 220 V ±10%, with a maximum of AC 264 V. Exceeding this limit may cause permanent damage, and the manufacturer will not provide warranty for such cases.
The instrument must be reliably grounded.
After testing, turn off the power switch. Do not disassemble or install high-voltage cables while powered on!
If the instrument malfunctions, turn off the power and wait approximately one minute before checking.
After completing the measurement, turn off the power switch and wait approximately one minute before disconnecting the wires.
The instrument should be protected from moisture and violent vibrations.
