ASTM D4007 Low Speed Crude Oil Centrifuge
I. Features and uses
The HZDD5Y is a conventional centrifuge designed for centrifugal precipitation in medical and biological applications, as well as crude oil water content determination. It features a maximum speed of 5000 r/min, a maximum capacity of 4 × 100 ml, and a maximum centrifugal force of 4300 ×g.
Driven by a variable-frequency motor, the instrument displays rotational speed and time on an LCD screen. The electrical control system is managed by a microprocessor, allowing keypad programming and simple operation. The instrument boasts a humanized, aesthetically pleasing design with a simple structure.
Safety Features
The door cover is equipped with an electronically controlled, safe, and reliable door lock. The instrument cannot be started if the door cover is not properly closed (door lock not engaged). Do not open the door cover while the instrument is running. The door cover can only be opened when the rotor speed reaches zero. If the door cover is accidentally opened during operation, the instrument will automatically stop and trigger an alarm, ensuring user safety.
Performance Advantages
The shock absorption system is designed with an optimized scheme, ensuring stable operation with minimal vibration, low noise, and excellent separation results.
This instrument has the following main functions:
Parameter Storage: Automatically stores all running parameters, allowing direct use upon next startup.
Over-Speed Protection: When the maximum speed exceeds 5000 r/min, the centrifuge automatically reduces speed and initiates shutdown protection.
Safety Protections: Equipped with door cover protection, over-speed protection, and other safety functions.
