HZ-5371L 1000A Single Phase Primary Current Injection Tester

The HZ-5371L 1000A primary current injection tester is primarily used for the calibration of thermal relays, motor protectors, contactors, circuit breakers, air switches, switch cabinets, circuit breakers, and protective panels. It is also used for primary bus protection and various current transformer (CT) ratio testing projects. The tester is widely applied in scientific research, production, and electrical testing sites across electric power, railway, petrochemical, metallurgy, and mining enterprises.

Operational attention

(1) After wiring is completed, recheck for any wiring errors and ensure that all connectors are in good contact.

(2) During testing, if sparking occurs or any abnormal phenomenon such as no display is observed upon startup, immediately turn off the power supply and recheck the wiring.

(3) In actual wiring, the current output terminal must form a complete loop; otherwise, the instrument will not output current.

(4) The current riser is supplied with an output wire. For external copper wire connections, select a wire rated at 10 A per mm². (Two 1-meter test leads are included as standard.)

(5) The equipment's capacity is designed for short-time operation of 5 minutes. For batch testing, the working time should be less than 5 minutes before proceeding to the next test. If performing temperature rise testing (30 minutes to 24 hours), the equipment must be prepared for long-term continuous operation.
