Usage
Before powering on the instrument, ensure that you are using the company's dedicated power input line, dedicated output high-current line, secondary circuit line, and grounding wire. These dedicated cables are designed to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Begin by resetting the voltage regulator to the zero position. Then, plug in the 220 V power supply.
Important Note: If the power supply socket is located at a distance and a power panel must be used as an extension, the wire cross-section should be no less than 4.0 mm². Using a smaller wire gauge may result in insufficient output power and affect test performance.
Once power is connected, the green input indicator on the voltage regulator panel will illuminate, and the LCD screen of the main machine will power on. The screen will display the message "Welcome to use the HZDL-N2," indicating that the instrument has entered the operating interface and is ready for use.

Adjust the regulator knob. The red output indicator on the regulator panel will gradually illuminate, indicating that current is being output at the high-current terminal. The primary current meter will display the output current value.
At this point, if the secondary current is also input, the secondary current value will be shown on the meter. The phase relationship between the primary and secondary currents (used to determine polarity) will also be displayed, along with the transformation ratio of the transformer under test (e.g., 0.000/5).
After use, return the regulator to the zero position.

Output Current: AC: 2000A·6V or 1000A·12V.
The Range of Primary Current: 0~2200A, Resolution: 0.1A;
Secondary Current: 0～6A; Resolution: 0.001A.
