1.Scope
1.1 Application
GZL Series High Viscosity Vacuum Lubricating Oil Purifier is suitable forpurification treatment of high viscosity lubricating oil which is used in industriesof mechanical engineering, metallurgy, mining, petroleum, chemistry andpower plant etc.
GZL Series High Viscosity Vacuum Lubricating Oil Purifiermachine can efficiently remove the water, impurities and harmful gas in theoilto improve the oil properties and recover its performance. It can be workingonline or working in circulation through preheating oil tank.

2. Technical parameters
2.1 Working Principle
Oil to be purified passes through the first filter and the secondary filter intotheheater to proceed heating. The hot oil shall be changed into coarse granulemist by a distributor and transferred into the vacuum separator, then its watercontent shall be evaporated. The oil mist drops on the surface of the reactor,then a three-dimensional and multi-layered evaporating structure shall beformed in the reaction tank, which can be purified by a short cycle. Afterdehydration and degassing, the oil is filtered through the secondary filter tocomplete a work cycle. The water vapor which is separated by the vacuumseparator shall be vacuum pumped into the condenser, then most of itcondenses into liquid water which shall be stored in the water collector andthen drained out, while part of it and other gas content shall be dischargedbythe vacuum pump. The purifier is a single unit without any auxiliary machinery.It adopts saturation temperature curve of water and vacuumdrying principletocarry out the technology of rapid and efficient oil and water separation. Multi-stage large flow capacity and deep precision filtration can reliably removewater content, impurities, gas and other harmful substances fromthe inferioroil thus to recover its using performance fast and efficiently and make thepurified oil to meet its using standard.
