10000A Primary Current Injection Test System For Temperature Rise Test

I、Test requirements:

Operating bench can test the temperature rise test and voltage withstand measurement of switch cabinet, ring network cabinet, cable branch box, circuit breaker, load switch, isolation switch, pole switch and other primary current injection switch node equipment of distribution network system. It meets the primary current injection temperature rise test of bus cable 10000A, switch cabinet maximum 10000A, circuit breaker 10000A, load switch 10000A, isolation switch 10000A and column switch 10000A.（It can also be customized according to technical requirements）.

In the test system, high-power flow-rising equipment is used to carry out flow passage test on the samples, and multi-channel temperature patrol instrument is used to monitor the monitoring points of the equipment and record the temperature curve in real time. The temperature inspection instrument collects the data to the program control software for data storage, printing, inquiry and other functions.

The industrial control computer controls the coordination work of each function module and reads the measurement results through serial ports. All measurement processes can be completed through computer control. Real-time working state, real-time data, wiring mode and other automatic tests can be carried out, and test data can be stored manually or automatically. Finally, the editing, printing and management of the test report can be completed.
