1. Shell and insulating oil
1. Check and clean the casing and its accessories, eliminate oil leakage and oil leakage, and replace all the sealing gaskets:
2. Check and clean explosion-proof pipes, pressure relief valves, gas relays and other safety protection devices;

4. Check and clean the oil level indicating device:
5. Filter or regenerate the insulating oil (including the supplementary oil provided by the Employer), and pass the electrical test and chemical test of the insulating oil by the Employer; 6. Check the grounding of the shell and iron core.
Special: 1. Replace insulating oil 2. Weld repair radiator 3. Transformer shell paint 4. Replace all butterfly valves.
2. Core and winding
1. After the hood (core), the grounding of the iron core and the iron shell and the insulation of the core bolts should be checked;
2. Check and maintain windings and winding pressing devices, spacers, bolts of various parts of the lead wires, and wiring boards:
3. Measure the oil passage clearance and detect the aging degree of insulating materials:
4. Replace all oil-resistant rubber pads of inspected parts. Special:
(1) Repair welding shell;
(2) Repair or replace winding; tap changer bushing
(3) Dry winding
(4) Repair the iron core
(5) Sealed transformer hood;
(6) Replacement of transformer neutral point screw (if damaged).
Check and repair the off-load tap-changer switching device, and replace the damaged parts of the switching device. 1. Check and clean all the bushings; 2. Check the insulating oil quality of the oil-filled bushings; 3. If the sealing gaskets of the oil-filled bushings are damaged, replace the gaskets accordingly.
