Overview

The SF6 gas density relay is a critical component used to monitor SF6 gas density changes within SF6 switchgear during operation. In field operation, these relays operate infrequently and, over time, often develop issues such as sluggish action and poor contact. In some cases, the temperature compensation performance of the density relay deteriorates, leading to malfunctions when ambient temperature changes abruptly. Consequently, DL/T 596-1996 "Preventive Test Regulations for Power Equipment" stipulates that each SF6 switch user unit must periodically inspect the SF6 gas density relay.

The HZMD20 SF6 density relay calibrator has been developed in accordance with the latest "DL/T 259-2012: SF6 Gas Density Relay Calibration Procedure" issued by the National Energy Administration.

Product Introduction

HZMD20 SF6 gas density relay calibrator adopts 7.0-inch color LCD touch screen for human-computer interaction, which is more convenient to operate. Built-in large-capacity rechargeable lithium battery pack provides long standby time. Equipped with a standard USB interface, historical data can be exported to a U disk through the interface.

In addition to calibrating SF6 density relays, this instrument also has the function of calibrating pressure gauges and density meters. The instrument can automatically detect abnormal conditions during the measurement process. In the event of pipeline leakage, air leakage, and insufficient inlet and outlet air pressure, the instrument will automatically stop running and pop up a warning.

In a closed container, the pressure of SF6 gas at a certain temperature can represent the density of SF6 gas. It is customary to use 20°C as the standard value of SF6 gas pressure. During on-site calibration, under different ambient temperatures, the measured pressure value must be converted into its corresponding pressure value at 20°C, so as to judge the performance of the SF6 density relay.
