The battery internal resistance tester has passed the online test. It can display and record the voltage, internal resistance, capacity and other important parameters of single or multiple batteries, accurately and effectively select the dropped battery, and can generate a test report with the computer, battery data management software, track the battery decay trend, and provide maintenance suggestions.
matters needing attention:
1. The battery internal resistance tester will produce high temperature after measuring the battery for many times. For this reason, overheating protection measures are set, and battery measurement is prohibited when the temperature is too high. In this case, the measurement can be continued after cooling for several minutes. If there is burning smell inside the instrument and the instrument temperature is too high, stop the measurement immediately, close the instrument and disconnect the clamp.
2. It is forbidden to smoke, light firewood, place metal tools near the battery or generate sparks near the battery.
3. Do not open the battery cover when using the tester.
4. Disconnect the grounding terminal of the battery before repairing the electrical system.
5. Clean the terminals before using the tester. Protect your eyes, nose and mouth when cleaning. Use soda water, water and acidity to reduce the corrosivity of air.
6. Do not put the tester in rain, snow or wet environment.
7. Do not let the battery gas or sulfuric acid contact the shell of the tester.
8. Do not charge, test or load the frozen battery. Before performing the above operations, the battery shall be thawed and heated to room temperature. Charging or attempting to test a frozen battery can cause the battery to explode and cause personal injury.
9. Before testing, ensure that all test connectors are connected according to the instructions.
10. Make sure that the two battery clips are firmly connected to the battery.
11. Do not remove the battery clip during any test.
