SF6 gas leak detector is mainly suitable for water conservancy, electric power and engineering, electrical appliance manufacturers, iron and steel metallurgy, electronics, petrochemical, railway transportation, mining, fire fighting equipment and atomic physics research departments to detect the leakage of equipment and containers filled with sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) or other halogen gases (such as fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine and 1211, chloroform, Freon F11, F12, F13, F22, etc.), which can be quickly and correctly detected qualitatively and quantitatively. During operation of SF6 gas leak detector, pay attention to:
1. Before starting the machine, the operator should first be familiar with the operating instructions and strictly follow the steps of starting and shutting down the machine.
2. It is strictly prohibited to put the probe gun on the ground, and the probe gun hole shall not be polluted by dust to avoid affecting the performance of the instrument.
3. The probe gun and host shall not be disassembled to avoid affecting the normal operation of the instrument.
4. The instrument probe has been adjusted, please do not adjust it by yourself. Whether the instrument is normal shall be subject to the self calibration.
5. Pay attention to the maintenance of the vacuum pump, check whether the solenoid valve operates normally, and check the tightness of the solenoid valve. The normal operation of the vacuum pump and solenoid valve will affect the use of the instrument.
6. When changing the oil of the vacuum pump, the instrument shall not be electrified (unplug the power cord) to avoid electric shock.
7. The instrument shall not be inverted or vibrated violently during transportation.
