3. In order to ensure the safety and correctness of the test, in addition to being familiar with this product manual, the test operation must be carried out in strict accordance with the relevant national standards and regulations.
4. The connecting wires cannot be connected wrongly, otherwise the test device may be damaged
5. When this device is used, the output is high voltage or ultra-high voltage, which must be grounded reliably and pay attention to safe operation.
Common fault causes and troubleshooting of variable frequency series resonance test device:
1. The fan cannot start:
1) After emergency stop, fault protection, and detuning protection, the "fault reset" is not pressed;
2) The internal temperature is too high, and the power components are thermally protected;
Remedy: Turn off the power of the instrument, let the instrument stand for about 30 minutes, turn on the power again, press the "reset" button on the instrument panel, and then start the instrument. If you still can’t start the fan, please contact the manufacturer, do not disassemble the instrument!
2. Auto tuning cannot be completed, no resonance point can be found:
Phenomenon: the tuning curve is completely a straight line, and the instrument prompts that there is no resonance point after the tuning is completed
Reasons: poor grounding of the circuit, wrong wiring of the test circuit, an open circuit of an instrument of the device
The troubleshooting method of the frequency conversion series resonance test device:
1) Check that the grounding device is reliable and whether there is a disconnection point on the ground connection wire;
2) Check the continuity of the high and low voltage coils of the excitation transformer; (low-voltage winding resistance; high-voltage winding resistance for each output terminal to the high-voltage tail)
3) Check the continuity of each reactor; (resistance value of each winding)
4) Check the continuity of the signal line of the voltage divider; (high and low voltage capacitance)
5) Check the continuity of the high and low voltage capacitor arms of the voltage divider; (1 hole to the core, 2 holes to the shell respectively; 1 hole to 2 holes are disconnected)
6) There is no resonance point when the device itself is boosted, and it is necessary to check the on-off of the compensation capacitor;
If all parts are normal and there is still no resonance point, please contact the manufacturer, and the instrument cannot be disassembled!
