Functional features and precautions of AC / DC withstand voltage tester

The AC / DC withstand voltage tester adopts linear amplification technology to produce low distortion sinusoidal output. Functional features of AC / DC withstand voltage tester:


1. During the test, the output voltage can be changed manually.


2. It has the function of real current measurement.


3. It has the function of arc detection and test.


4. With the function of rapid discharge, the tester can discharge the tested body and the circuit within 0.2S after the DC test, so as to ensure the safety of operators.


5. With DC test open circuit detection function, it can prevent misjudgment caused by test line falling off during DC test.


6. Zero crossing start can prevent the tested part from being damaged.


7. The voltage rises according to the time gradient to find the breakdown point for analysis.


8. The current upper limit alarm and lower limit alarm functions can be set to prevent misjudgment caused by the falling off of the test line.


9. The current offset function can eliminate the influence of the leakage current of the test fixture on the test results.


Precautions for AC / DC withstand voltage tester:


1. To avoid accidental electric shock, please wear rubber insulated gloves when operating this instrument.


2. When the instrument adjusts the high voltage without load, the leakage current indicator has the starting current, which is normal and does not affect the test accuracy.


3. The instrument shall be protected from direct sunlight and shall not be used or stored in high temperature, humid and dusty environment.


4. After using the instrument for one year, it must be sent to the measurement department or returned to the factory for verification according to the requirements of the national technical supervision department.


5. The operator must wear insulated rubber gloves and put a rubber pad under his feet to prevent life danger caused by high-voltage electric shock.


6. When connecting or disassembling the tested body, ensure that the high voltage output is "0" and in the "reset" state.


7. During the test, the grounding terminal of the instrument shall be reliably connected with the tested body, and open circuit is strictly prohibited.


8. Do not short-circuit the output ground wire with the AC power line, so as to prevent the shell from being charged and causing danger.


9. Try to avoid short circuit between high-voltage output and ground to avoid accidents.


10. Once the test lamp and over leakage lamp are damaged, they must be replaced immediately to avoid misjudgment.


11. When troubleshooting, the power supply must be cut off and repaired by technicians
