I.Overview

HZYN-1303Z Fully Automatic Kinematic Viscosity Tester is an upgraded product newly developed by our company and adopts an integrated floor-standing model. It can meet four national standards at the same time: GB/T 265 "Petroleum Products Kinematic Viscosity Determination Method and Dynamic Viscosity Calculation Method", GB/T 1995 "Petroleum Product Viscosity Index Algorithm", GB/T 11137 "Dark Petroleum Products Kinematic Viscosity Determination Method" (countercurrent method) and dynamic viscosity calculation method", GB/T 8170 "Numerical Rounding Rules and Representation and Judgment of Limit Values" and National Metrological Verification Regulations JJG 155 "Working Capillary Viscometer". It can be used to measure the kinematic viscosity of transparent or translucent oil without wall, or use a countercurrent tube to measure the kinematic viscosity of black wall-mounted oil. It is automatically controlled by the most advanced microcomputer program independently developed, and the whole process of the test is completed automatically. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, military, scientific research, pharmacopoeia and other testing or measurement departments to determine the concentration of liquid petroleum products (referring to Newtonian liquids) and polymer dilute solutions. Display and Data Management
The instrument features a 10-inch color high-definition LCD touchscreen with a full English operation interface, providing intuitive and user-friendly control. It can store up to 100 groups of test data, which can be queried and printed at any time. An embedded thermal printer enables fast on-demand printing of results.

Precision Temperature Control
An imported PT1000 platinum resistance temperature sensor delivers highly accurate temperature measurement, with a display resolution of 0.001 °C and temperature control accuracy of ±0.04 °C, ensuring reliable and repeatable test conditions.

Advanced Data Processing
The instrument is equipped with a powerful software data processing system that includes a viscometer calibration program compliant with JJG 155 and a built-in viscosity index calculator, streamlining data analysis and reporting.

Asynchronous Dual-Sample Testing
The system supports simultaneous asynchronous determination of two samples, automatically completing the entire workflow-including constant temperature control, detection, sample aspiration, calculation, printing, cleaning, and coagulation-without manual intervention.

Fault Diagnostics and Handling
Comprehensive fault identification, error message output, and fault handling capabilities are integrated into the system. These features enable users to analyze and diagnose instrument status quickly and address faults with minimal downtime.
