Low-Temperature Thermostatic Bath – Operating and Maintenance Instructions

Fan Rotation Check: When starting the unit, verify that the fan rotates in the correct direction. If it runs in reverse, the power connection is reversed and the phase sequence must be corrected before operation.

Protection Settings: The set values of the various protection devices have been factory-adjusted. Users should not change them arbitrarily.

Fault Handling: If the unit triggers an alarm and shuts down, first press the stop button (the alarm light will turn off), then investigate the cause of the fault. Do not force the unit to restart before the fault has been resolved.

Power Shutdown: Except in emergencies, do not shut down the unit by cutting off the main power supply. In winter, if the unit will not be used for an extended period, turn off the unit first, then turn off the main power supply, and drain all water from the system.

Machine Room Maintenance: Keep the machine room clean and well-ventilated. Clean the condenser regularly to ensure normal and stable unit operation.

Water-Cooled Units: Keep the heat dissipation water tower clean, maintain air circulation around the tower, and ensure a low ambient temperature. Prevent debris from entering the cooling tower, as this may reduce heat dissipation efficiency.

Air-Cooled Units: Keep the cooling coil surfaces of the low-temperature thermostat clean to ensure surrounding air circulation and low temperature. Regularly remove deposits on the coils to maintain good heat exchange performance.

Professional Servicing: If the unit has been in use for more than six months, or if the high/low pressure switch frequently trips, or if cooling capacity has decreased, arrange for staff to clean the condenser. If the low-temperature thermostat fault alarm persists after following the above procedures, contact professional maintenance personnel for repair.
