There was abnormal movement inside the transformer. The abnormal movement inside the transformer may have the following reasons: severe overload causes a heavy "buzzing" sound inside the transformer; because of poor contact or breakdown points inside the transformer, "squeaking" or "cracking" occurs inside the transformer. Discharge sound; because the single part of the connecting shaft bolt of the transformer top cover is loose, the transformer core is not clamped, and the silicon steel sheet oscillates, which will announce violent noise; when there is a grounding or short-circuit fault in the power grid, a large current flows in the windings. Announce intense noise; when the transformer is connected with large power equipment or equipment that can generate harmonic currents, the operation of the equipment may cause the transformer to announce "wow"; because the iron core is resonant, the transformer produces noises of varying thickness and fineness; If the primary side voltage is too high or the current is too large, abnormal noise will occur; because of overvoltage, winding or lead wire discharges to the shell, or the iron core grounding wire is disconnected, the iron core discharges to the shell, and the transformer declares a discharge sound.
Emergency measures: When the transformer is found to announce abnormal movement, the possible causes should be judged based on the above analysis, and emergency measures should be adopted in a targeted manner. If the abnormal movement announced inside the transformer is caused by loose parts or breakdown of winding wires, the power should be cut off immediately to avoid further expansion of the incident.
The oil level of the transformer is too high or too low. Under normal conditions, the oil temperature can be changed to change the oil level. Along with the change of oil temperature, the oil level also appears correspondingly-the change of a certain scale. However, under abnormal conditions, abnormal changes in the oil level may be caused due to oil leakage, water seepage, and other incidents. Secondly, the change of oil temperature is related to conditions such as load conditions and ambient temperature. When the oil level changes are inconsistent with these elements, it may be a false oil level. Reasons for the false oil level: The oil standard pipe is blocked; the exhaust hole of the explosion-proof pipe is blocked. In addition, if the oil level is too high, it will cause oil spill; if the oil level is too low, it may cause the internal lead wires and even the coils of the transformer to be exposed, leading to internal discharge.
Handling method and emergency method: If there is gas relay protection, release its trip circuit to avoid accidental trip. Operators of electrical equipment on duty should always check the indication of the oil level gauge. When the oil level is too high, the oil can be drained appropriately; if the oil level is too low, the oil can be added in time. If it is caused by transformer oil leakage, power outage maintenance and other emergency measures should be adopted. When abnormal fuel injection is found in the oil pillow or explosion-proof tube, the power supply of the transformer should be cut off immediately to avoid problems and the expansion of accidents.
Transformer oil quality deteriorates or oil temperature suddenly rises. In operating conditions, the primary function of transformer oil is cooling and insulation. When overheating operation for a long time or water enters the shell, it will absorb moisture and cause the oil quality to deteriorate. Through the oil standard survey, it will be found that the oil color is abnormally darkened or darkened; after sampling and analysis, it can be found that the oil contains carbon particles and water, the acid value increases, the flash point decreases, and the insulation strength decreases. This kind of situation is very simple, a breakdown discharge occurs between the winding and the casing, and a serious incident occurs. When the transformer is operating normally, if the oil temperature suddenly rises, it is often the cause of overheating inside the transformer. The iron core is on fire, the winding turns are short-circuited, the internal screws are loose, the cooling equipment is faulty, and the transformer is severely overloaded, all of which may cause the oil temperature to rise suddenly.
Treatment methods and emergency measures: If the oil color is found to be abnormally darkened or darkened, the insulating oil needs to be regenerated and filtered; because the oil temperature formed by the load element suddenly rises, the load can be appropriately reduced or adjusted; other oil caused by abnormal conditions If the temperature suddenly rises, the power should be cut off immediately and the transformer should be overhauled. The transformer is on fire. When something goes wrong inside the transformer and it is not dealt with in time, it may catch fire and become a fire. When the transformer catches fire, the insulating oil in the fuel tank is incinerated and turned into gas, causing the fuel tank to burst and the incineration oil sprayed out of the transformer, which will cause equipment damage and property loss. Internal or external short-circuit of transformer wires, severe overload, lightning strike, or external fire source moving into the transformer may cause the transformer to catch fire.
