HZHG Series 150kV AC/DC Voltage Voltmeter Divider

Overview

This series of high voltage dividers is dedicated instrumentation for field measurements, capable of measuring both DC high voltage and AC high voltage. The equipment consists of two main components: a voltage divider and a measuring instrument.

The voltage divider features a balanced equipotential shielding structure. High-quality electronic components are used inside the completely sealed insulating cylinder. The entire device offers accurate testing, good linearity, stable performance, a reasonable structure, ease of transport, simple operation, and an intuitive display.

Use Of Instruction

Assembly

Open the upper cover of the aluminum alloy case. Hold the voltage sharing ball and rotate it counterclockwise to unscrew and remove it.

Remove the divider cylinder, the special digital measuring instrument, and the special cable.

Screw the ball back onto the divider cylinder and place the assembly in the required position.

Grounding

On the base of the divider, securely connect the ground wire to the earth ground.

High Voltage Connection

Firmly connect the high-voltage test lead to the ball at the top of the divider.

Measuring Instrument Connection

Insert the special cable end into the divider output port. Insert the other end into the voltage measurement input port of the measuring instrument. Ensure that the connection is secure.

Measurement Mode Selection

According to the measurement requirements, select the appropriate position on the measuring instrument. Set the bottom switch to the required AC or DC range.

Testing

Apply high voltage and record the data.

Shutdown and Dismantling

After a short period, when the instrument displays zero voltage, dismantle the test circuit.

Clean Working Area: Keep the area around the equipment free of debris to avoid affecting measurement accuracy.

Safe Operating Distance: Maintain the required operating distance strictly to ensure operational safety.

Connection Check: Verify that all connections are secure, especially the grounding wire connection.

Post-Measurement Safety: After measurement, do not enter the test area until the meter reading returns to zero.

Overpressure Prohibition and Storage: Strictly avoid overpressure operation. Keep the equipment surface clean. When not in use, store it in a cool, dry place.
