Overview
In the production process of power transformer semi-finished and finished products, as well as before newly installed transformers are put into operation and in accordance with the preventive testing regulations of China's Ministry of Electric Power, turn ratio or voltage ratio tests must be performed on transformers. These tests verify the correctness of the transformer's turn ratio, check the condition of the tap changer, detect any inter-turn short circuits, and confirm whether the transformer is suitable for parallel operation.
Traditional ratio bridges have drawbacks such as non-intuitive readings that require conversion, and they can only measure phase by phase. The HZBB-10A Transformer Ratio Tester overcomes these limitations with user-friendly operation, intuitive display, a three-phase precision inverter power supply, fast testing speed, and high accuracy.
