The Huazheng CM-08B is an advanced portable electrical conductivity meter designed for aviation kerosene and light distillate fuels. Upgraded from the classic CM-08, it features an expanded measuring range from 1 to 19,999 pS/m (Conductivity Units, CU) with ±1 pS/m resolution, in compliance with ASTM D2624 and IP 274 standards.

Working Principle

This instrument uses a specified DC voltage to apply the two stainless steel concentric electrodes immersed in oil, and utilizes an ultra-low-noise electrometer operational amplifier to detect the minute picoampere (pA) current flowing through the hydrocarbon oil, precisely determining electrical conductivity.
