II. Field of use:
This instrument is used to determine the dropping point and softening point of amorphous polymer compounds, as well as related physicochemical properties such as density, degree of polymerization, and heat resistance. It is suitable for testing or quality control of coal tar, asphalt, rosin, vaseline, lubricating oil, synthetic resins, and various ointments. It can replace traditional Ubbelohde dropping point determination and ring-and-ball softening point determination.
Featuring photoelectric detection, temperature program control, digital display reading, high precision, and stable performance, the instrument complies with GB/T 8728-88, the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 edition, ASTM D3954, DIN, and ISO related standards.
