HZJB-I Portable Three Phase Relay Protection Tester

 

HZJB-I three-phase relay protection tester is a professional equipment used to test and verify the performance of relay protection devices in power systems. It can simulate various fault situations in the power system, such as short circuits, overloads, grounding faults, etc., to test the operational characteristics and reliability of relay protection devices.

 

Digital Input and Output Specifications

This device features 10 digital input channels and 8 digital output channels.

Switching Input Circuit

The switching input circuit is compatible with both dry contacts and 0–250 V wet (potential) contacts. When using wet contacts, 0–6 V is recognized as a closed switch, while 11–250 V is recognized as an open switch. The switching capability allows convenient measurement of the action time and action time intervals for each phase switch contact.

Isolation and Common End Configuration

The digital input section is isolated from the mainframe and amplifier resources. The digital input end is left floating, meaning the common end of the digital input is separate from the UN and IN common ends of the current and voltage sections.

Switching Potential Input Polarity

Switching potential input has polarity. Connect the common end to the positive terminal of the potential source, and connect the input end to the negative terminal of the potential source to ensure that the common end potential is higher than the input end potential. In practice, connect the input common end to +KM, and connect the negative terminal of the contact to the input end.

Output Section

The output section consists of relay dry contacts. Output capacity is DC 220 V / 0.2 A and AC 220 V / 0.5 A. The switching output is independent of voltage, current, input, and all other sections. The action process of each digital output channel varies depending on the test module. For details, refer to the operation instructions in the software module.

Fault Review

fault Review is used for putting the data documents of current-voltage waveforms compiled in Data Format ANSI/IEEE C37.111-1991COMTRADE that is recorded by data recording equipment like fault waveform recorder in the tester, and its waveforms will be reviewed by tester for testing equipment like protection tester.

Each standard recording document consists of three kinds of documents. They are respectively pilot, configuration and data document. Names of these three kinds of documents are the same, which can be differed by different suffix names that are respectively .HDR, .CFG and .DAT. The review test can't be done unless three documents are complete.

Before the test, please open certain recording document at first. Recording document can be laid in any subentry that can be found in the dialog box of 'open the document'. The program will list all documents whose suffix name is .CFG after finding the subentry. After selecting certain document, the program will transfer automatically the .CFG and .DAT documents of this name, and display all voltage-current waveforms and name of channel on the screen. In addition, you can also check document's attribute, waveform discretion sampling point, etc. through the buttons in tool column.

 

Maintenance

Maintenance Period: The instrument is warranted to be free from defects for a period of 12 months from the date of shipment to the original end users at various sales locations.

Maintenance Service: Please present the warranty card when requesting maintenance. The company provides lifelong maintenance service for all instruments shipped.

Maintenance Fees: During this period, the consumer is responsible for the maintenance fee if the instrument is damaged due to improper operation.
