ASTM D1264 Lubricating Grease Water Washout Property Tester

I. Overview

HZSL-1264 Water Washout Tester is used to evaluate the ability of grease to resist being washed out of the bearing by water under the specified experimental conditions.

II.Technical parameters and performance characteristics

1. The water bath temperature is input to the thermostat through the PT100 sensor (resistance temperature measuring package) and processed by the internal arithmetic circuit of the thermostat to obtain a control signal, and this control signal is output, so as to complete the heating control.

2. The amount of water jet can be directly controlled by the circulating pump, large flow valve, nozzle, etc.

3. Electric heating rod heating method is adopted, and the heating speed is fast.

4. Purchase ball bearings according to the standard, and the timer can be accurate to 0.1S.
