1. Use and characteristics
1.1 ZX 90 A series DC resistors include ten types of ZX 90 A ~ ZX 99 A and ZX 99 ~ IA, ZX 99-IIA with 12 models; the main technical indexes of ZX 90 A ~ ZX 99 A are exactly the same as those of ZX 90 E ~ ZX 99 E.
1.2 The main resistance elements are made of high-quality gold wire in a non-inductive way, and after strict process treatment, with small temperature coefficient, good stability and high accuracy.
1.3 All stepper plates of the resistors are used with fully sealed precision instrument switch, which has the characteristics of no cleaning, small rotating contact resistance and long service life.
1.4 The shell adopts a small structure, small and beautiful appearance. The panel is arranged in a linear line, which can be put flat and vertically, and can easily and simply read the resistance value.
1.5 Use
A. ZX 90 A series DC resistor is suitable for industrial and mining enterprises for electrical tracing or other experiments;
B. Precision adjustment of DC resistance in DC circuit, where ZX 97 A, ZX 99 A, ZX 99-IA and ZX 99-A are suitable for use in high resistance circuits, and the rest are suitable for use in medium and low resistance circuits.
2. Main technical indicators
2.1 ZX 90 A series DC resistors all comply with JB / T8225-1999 eqvlEC477:1974 Laboratory DC resistors standard;
2.2 Use of environmental conditions
A. Reference condition: temperature 20 ± 1.5℃ relative humidity 40%~60%
B. Nominal condition: temperature 5~35℃ relative humidity 25%~80%

2.6 Insulation resistance and voltage resistance
Under the reference conditions, the insulation resistance between the circuit and the metal housing shall not be less than 500 MΩ, and the test voltage is DC500V;
The resistor circuit and the metal housing shall withstand 45-60Hz, 1min test without breakdown and no discharge.
