What Are The Safety Precautions Before SF6 Relay Calibrator Experiment?

Oct 24, 2022

1. When calibrating the SF6 gas density relay on site, please disconnect the power supply and equipment connected with the SF6 gas concentration relay to avoid damaging the SF6 gas intensity relay calibrator.

2. When there is a difference between the ambient temperature of the SF6 gas density relay being calibrated and the temperature of the SF6 gas concentration relay calibrator, they must be at the same location and temperature to ensure the calibration accuracy of the SF6 gas intensity relay calibrator.

3. The corresponding alarm signal line and locking signal line on the terminal strip shall be disconnected from the terminal strip to prevent the secondary circuit and signal line from forming a circuit, thus affecting the calibration results of the SF6 gas density relay calibrator.

4. The SF6 relay to be calibrated shall be placed vertically, and it is forbidden to lie down, otherwise the calibration will be inaccurate.

5. After the test is completed and the residual gas in the pipe is drained, the gas pipe can be pulled out.

6. It is prohibited to use the quick exhaust port during the test to avoid wasting the gas in the gas source.

7. No vibration is allowed during the calibration of SF6 density relay to avoid inaccurate calibration of SF6 gas density relay.

8. The calibration device is a precision electronic product. It shall be kept at a temperature of - 20 to 70 ° C, and the relative humidity shall not exceed 90%. Corrosive gas is strictly prohibited in the air.

9. The SF6 gas density relay calibrator shall avoid violent vibration during transportation and be protected from rain and snow.
