1. Application Scope

This bomb calorimeter measures combustion calorific value for solid and liquid combustible samples including coal, petroleum, biomass fuel, waste fuel, straw, wood, sludge. It serves industries such as electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, environmental‑protection, cement, agriculture, pharmaceutical research and teaching laboratories.

 

2. Complied Standards

It complies with multiple Chinese national standards (GB/T series, JC/T1005‑2006), American standard ASTM‑D5865‑2010 and international standard ISO 1928‑2009 for calorific‑value determination of solid fuels, petroleum products, solid‑waste biomass and building materials.

 

3. Main Performance & Features

Microcomputer‑based control: Supports automatic thermal‑capacity calibration. After inputting sulfur, moisture, hydrogen and other parameters, it calculates and prints gross calorific value, high‑level and low‑level calorific value and other results. Compatible with general Windows software.

Mechanical & water‑system design: Vertical‑type structure provides sufficient reserve water and stable water circulation. It uses a single‑head oxygen bomb with compression‑fixed ignition wire for safe operation.

Outer water tank with cooling: Large‑capacity outer cylinder with cooling function and modular micro‑circulating water‑cooling system. It reduces environmental interference on test accuracy, enables continuous batch testing, and avoids frequent failures & complicated maintenance of traditional compressor‑refrigeration calorimeters.

Precise inner‑cylinder water‑quantitative system: Auto water‑injection and drainage with high volume accuracy to guarantee repeatable measuring conditions. Built‑in water purification and water‑level indication enhance instrument reliability.

Rich calculation functions: High/low‑position conversion, benchmark conversion, parallel sampling, auto thermal‑capacity calculation and manual recalculation are available.

Network & data function: Intelligent terminal with multiple network access modes; real‑time data upload and remote data sharing via data‑exchange center. Multi‑unit concurrent control is supported by serial‑port technology.

High‑grade hardware parts: Imported precision temperature probe (resolution 0.0001 K), Japanese‑origin mixing motor, and anti‑corrosion nickel‑chromium‑alloy curved‑bottom oxygen bomb. The optimized oxygen bomb doubles service life, solving common issues like corrosion and difficult ignition of ordinary oxygen bombs, even for highly‑corrosive hazardous‑waste samples.

Fully‑automatic workflow: Automatic water filling, temperature adjustment, metering, stirring and ignition to minimize human‑introduced error. Test results are original without artificial software correction.
