1. Product overview
HZSZ-3 automatic acid value tester, according to the urgent requirements of the market, is completely designed and developed in accordance with the GB/T7599-87 standard, which is the first in China. It is an automatic measuring instrument that can accurately detect the acid value of transformer oil. While improving work efficiency and test accuracy, the instrument reduces the operator's contact with samples and reagents, and maximizes their personal safety.
No manual weighing is required, just place the sample in the sample cup, and the instrument will automatically perform operations such as sample injection, heating and refluxing, measurement, waste liquid discharge, and printing results.
During the measurement, the instrument automatically deducts the background value of ethanol and the background value of the indicator, and the result is more accurate. It can measure 1 to 3 samples at a time, which is convenient to use and has high efficiency. The instrument is equipped with standard acid for calibrating the instrument and a calibration program. Users can calibrate the instrument and the neutralizing solution at any time, which overcomes the defect of the concentration of the neutralizing solution changing during use and improves the reliability of the test results.
