1.1 Product Overview
The instrument uses an advanced charge induction measurement principle. During the transportation of the gas-solid two-phase fluid containing dust particles, the dust particles are charged due to the collision and friction between the dust particles and the dust particles, and between the dust particles and the inner wall of the sensor. When the charged dust particles pass through the special measuring electrodes, the measuring electrodes induce positive and negative charges, and the charges form pA-level current signals during the transfer movement. The magnitude of this alternating current signal is proportional to the dust mass content. By further amplifying and calculating the electrical signal, the dust concentration (mg/m3) can be accurately measured.
