HZ5376 6000A Primary Injection Current Test System

1. Overview
The HZ5376 High Current Generator (hereinafter referred to as the Current Booster) is a testing instrument independently developed by our company. This device integrates the advantages of similar domestic and international products and employs CNC technology with strong anti-interference capabilities. Compared to previous generations, it utilizes a low-power, high-capacity adjustable autotransformer and a current transformer with a high-permeability iron core, delivering significant advantages such as high output power, compact size, and lightweight design.
This Current Booster is primarily used for calibrating thermal relays, motor protectors, contactors, circuit breakers, air switches, switchgear cabinets, and protection panels. It is also applied in testing projects like primary busbar protection ratio tests and various current transformer tests. Widely used in R&D, production, and electrical testing sites within power utilities, railways, petrochemical, metallurgical, and mining industries.
2. Main Functions
High-Current Output: Instantaneous output current range: 0~6000A.
Smart Timing: Timer automatically stops upon current interruption.
Synchronous Testing: Capable of synchronously testing equipment operating time.
Contact Recognition: Automatically identifies Normally Open (NO) / Normally Closed (NC) contacts.
Series Testing: Allows simultaneous series connection of multiple calibration devices to improve work efficiency.
3. Performance Features
High Measurement Accuracy: Measurement accuracy better than Class 0.5. Primary/secondary current values are displayed directly, facilitating observation and recording during experiments.
High Power Density: High power output, compact size (only 30%~70% of similar products), lightweight, and strong load capacity, ensuring easy portability.
Superior Output Waveform: Output current is a standard sine wave with low ripple factor (<0.3%), meeting and exceeding power system standards.
High Stability: Current stability ≤ 0.2%, low waveform distortion (THD ≤ 1%).
Reliable Protection: Equipped with overcurrent and overvoltage protection functions.
Robust Design: Rational structural design; capacity temperature rise (30 mins - 24 hrs) configured for long-term operational temperature rise.
User-Friendly Design: Features an aesthetically pleasing PVC panel.
4. Key Operational Points
Wiring Check: After wiring is completed, thoroughly recheck to ensure correctness and good contact.
Safety First: If abnormalities such as arcing or no display upon startup occur during testing, immediately cut off power and recheck the wiring.
Critical Loop: The current output terminals must form a closed loop; otherwise, the device will not output current.
Cable Specification: Equipped with output leads; external copper output leads must be selected according to 10A/mm² (Standard configuration includes two 1-meter test leads).
