HZ-1030A Dark Oil Sulfur Content Tester (Tube furnace method)
I. Overview
The HZ-1030A dark petroleum sulfur content tester (tube furnace method) is manufactured in accordance with the requirements of the National Standard Petroleum and Petroleum Products Test Methods GB/T 387. It is suitable for the determination of lubricating oil, crude oil, coke and residual oil lamp petroleum products Sulfur content.
II. Structural features
This instrument is measured, calculated and controlled by a single-chip microcomputer, and has the functions of automatic control of the temperature of the electric furnace, automatic control of the forward speed of the electric furnace, automatic roasting timing, and LCD screen display.
This instrument is mainly composed of a horizontal tubular electric furnace system, a single-chip microcomputer control system, an air purification system, and an air flow adjustment system. The electric furnace is heated by two sets of 900W electric furnace wires, and the servo motor drive system can make the electric furnace run smoothly. Two quartz tubes with elbows installed in
parallel can be tested for blank sample and test oil sample at the same time for comparison. Three gas scrubbers for purifying air, each with a capacity of not less than 250 ml. The specific features are as follows:
