II. Product Overview
The HZKC-4000 series equipment is used to evacuate gas from transformers, allowing the core, coils, and insulation materials to be fully exposed to a high vacuum environment. In this high vacuum environment, moisture absorbed by the core, coils, and insulation materials evaporates and is removed by the vacuum pump, thereby achieving the purpose of drying the transformer.



III. Main Features
3.1 Fast Pumping Speed
The vacuum pump and Roots pump can be started synchronously, increasing efficiency by 40%. The equipment automatically adjusts the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the Roots vacuum pump, ensuring that the exhaust port of the Roots pump is always at the highest pressure state while maintaining the highest compression ratio at the vacuum pump inlet. The exhaust port of the Roots pump is equipped with a liquid cooling device, which not only prevents the Roots pump from overheating but also reduces the volume of compressed gas at the outlet. (Note: Other brands of Roots vacuum pumps require the vacuum level to be reduced to 1000–2000 Pa before startup.)
3.2 High Vacuum
Using a two-stage or three-stage vacuum pump configuration (two-stage for suction volumes ≤4000 m³/h, three-stage for >4000 m³/h), the ultimate vacuum can reach below 0.1 Pa.
3.3 High Stability and Reliability
Both the vacuum pumps and Roots vacuum pumps are imported or domestic first-line brands: Germany's Leybold/Atlas Copco (Leybold was fully acquired by Atlas Copco in 2018). The electronic vacuum gauge is an imported brand: Germany's Leybold.
3.4 Unique Environmental Protection and Energy-Saving Technology
When the vacuum level of the container reaches the value set by the customer, the second-stage and higher vacuum pumps stop running, while the first-stage vacuum pump continues to maintain the operating vacuum, thereby achieving energy savings.
3.5 Liquid Level Protection
The oil-gas separator is equipped with a liquid level sensor. When the PLC detects the liquid level, the vacuum unit stops running and issues an alarm message, eliminating the possibility of vacuum pump oil contamination.
3.6 Power Protection
When the PLC detects power supply phase loss, phase reversal, or overvoltage/undervoltage conditions, the equipment enters a protection state and issues an alarm message, preventing motor reversal that could cause vacuum damage.
3.7 Motor Overload Protection
When the PLC detects that the motor current exceeds the set value, the equipment enters a protection state and issues an alarm, preventing motor damage.
3.8 Easy Operation
PLC intelligent control enables one-button start/stop of the equipment without manual intervention.
