SF6 micro water meter is applicable to a wide range of fields, such as humidity measurement of air, nitrogen, inert gas and any gas without corrosive medium, especially suitable for humidity measurement of SF6 gas, electric power, petrochemical, metallurgy, environmental protection, scientific research institutes, etc. It can be adopted by all departments and has a very high cost performance. As a special instrument for precise detection of gas humidity, it is also suitable for precise and rapid detection of the humidity of SF6 switch gas in substations and hydrogen production stations and hydrogen-cooled generator sets.
In order to use this device more, we need to understand how to use the sf6 micro-water meter.
1. Connect SF6 equipment
Connect the threaded end of the measuring pipe to the switch connector, tighten it with a wrench, and close the needle valve on the other end of the measuring pipe;
Then insert one end of the quick connector on the test pipe into the sampling port on the tester; connect the exhaust pipe to the gas outlet;
Finally, connect the switch connector to the SF6 electrical equipment measurement interface and tighten it with a wrench.
2. Warm-up and self-check
Turn on the power switch of the instrument, and the instrument enters the warm-up and self-check process.
3. Check the battery
It is recommended to use AC power first.
When using DC power, please check the battery power level displayed in the upper right corner. If the power level is less than about 30%, please turn it off and charge and continue using it.
4. Start measuring
After the instrument finishes preheating and self-checking, it automatically enters the "main menu". Press the "data measurement" button to enter the measurement interface and automatically measure. At this time, turn on the flow valve and the gas chamber protection knob on the front panel of the tester, and then adjust the measurement pipeline The needle valve on the upper side adjusts the flow to 0.2LPM.
5. Store data
After the equipment measurement is completed, you can save the data in the instrument, press the "Save" key to call up the operation menu, the specific operation method is shown in the next section.
6. After the measurement, close the needle valve on the measuring pipe and the regulating valve on the tester.
Remove the adapter from the SF6 electrical equipment. If you need to continue measuring other equipment, do not turn off the power of the instrument, and follow the steps above to perform the next measurement.
7. After the measurement, turn off the power of the tester.
