International Women's Day is approaching on March 8th. To express care and gratitude to all employees, David, the general manager of Huazheng Electric, specially planned a holiday surprise, sending bright roses and gifts to each employee, paying tribute to female employees, and conveying warmth and blessings to all colleagues.
The employees who received the gifts were pleasantly surprised and shared their holiday joy on social media. Cassie, a female employee representative, said, "I didn't expect male colleagues to receive flowers. David always says' respecting women is everyone's responsibility ', and this equal care is touching
David emphasized, "The achievements of Huazheng Electric cannot be separated from the efforts of all employees, especially female colleagues who hold up 'half the sky' with professionalism and resilience. Today's gift is not only a holiday blessing, but also a practice of the corporate values of 'mutual respect, cooperation and win-win'
This heartwarming action in the spring not only demonstrated Huazheng Electric's people-oriented management philosophy, but also strengthened team cohesion in a subtle and silent way. As the message on the greeting card goes, 'Every ordinary effort is worth cherishing', and the warmth of the enterprise comes from this.
