I.Overview
AI-6201 is 100pF/12kV high precision capacitance and dissipation factor standard. Which has following feathers:
High precision SF6 filled standard capacitor with full shielded structure. (2)30 dissipation factor ranges. DF/PF and serial/parallel mode selectable. (3)Key operated. LCD display, powered with rechargeable battery.

* All readings are manufacturer calibrated data. The actual data are stored in the standard and may slightly differ from rated value. It is strongly recommended that the standard should be recalibrated by local Institute of Metrology.
** Dissipation factor for RC serial model is proportional to frequency. Manufacturer calibrated data are tested at 50.00Hz. If local frequency is not exact 50.00Hz, frequency calibration for higher accuracy is recommended.
III.The panel

HV Terminal: HV side for UST test. Grounded for GST test.
LV Signal: Connect UST input of C&DF unit with full shielded cable. Connect GST input for GST test with full shielded cable. Unshielded connection will introduce large error especially for GST test. Using a metal box to shield exposed wire or claps and connecting the box to common terminal is always recommended.
Common Terminal: Left open if using full shielded cable to connect the standard and C&DF unit. Otherwise, connect ground for UST test, connect HV for GST test.
Charging Power Supply: The standard should be Charged when Range selection is abnormal or display looks dim. "BATTERY CHARGING" is displayed when Charging power supply is connected. "OK" is displayed when finished. The standard can not be operated while charging.
LCD Display: Shows C&DF standard value and other information.
Keys: Four keys ↑↓→ SS(start/stop). Press SS to turn on power supply. Press SS one second to turn off. ↑↓→to select. The standard will automatically shut off after 90 seconds of last operation. The selected range keeps effective even the power supply is turned off. Never operate keys and keep safe distance while testing.
