The test items of sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) circuit breaker shall include the following:
1. Measure the insulation resistance;
2. Measure the resistance of conductive circuits of each phase;
3. AC withstand voltage test;
4. Voltage equalizing capacitance test of circuit breaker;
5. Measure the opening and closing time of the circuit breaker;
6. Measure the opening and closing speed of the circuit breaker;
7. Measure the synchronization and coordination time of opening and closing of the main and auxiliary contacts of the circuit breaker;
8. Measure the input time and resistance value of the closing resistance of the circuit breaker;
9. Measurement of insulation resistance and DC resistance of circuit breaker opening and closing coils;
10. Circuit breaker operating mechanism test;
11. Bushing current transformer test;
12. Measure the water content of SF6 gas in the circuit breaker;
13. Sealing test to measure the air leakage of SF6 circuit breaker;
14. Inspection of gas density relay, pressure gauge and pressure operated valve.
