The four main categories of oil purifiers are: ordinary oil purifiers, vacuum oil purifiers, centrifugal oil purifiers, gearbox dialysis machines. According to different oil treatments and applications, you can choose to purchase the corresponding oil purifiers. .
Method/Step
Ordinary oil filter
It is composed of primary filter, oil pump and filtering device. The primary filter is a cylindrical metal mesh, which prevents the larger solid particles in the impure oil from entering the oil pump. The oil pump is usually a gear pump, which transports impure oil into the filter device. The filter device is a small hand-pressed plate and frame filter press with special filter paper as the filter medium. The impure oil enters the plate and frame filter press under the pressure of the oil pump, and becomes filtered oil through the filter paper. The solid impurities in the oil are trapped on the surface of the filter paper, and a small amount of water is absorbed by the pores of the filter paper. The filtration pressure is usually not more than 0.3 MPa. When there are too many impurities deposited on the surface of the filter paper and the filter pressure rises to 0.35 MPa, or when the water absorbed by the filter paper is close to saturation and the residual water in the filter oil no longer decreases, the filter paper should be shut down and replaced. When the oil has a high viscosity, it can be preheated to reduce the viscosity before filtering. This oil filter can only remove solid impurities and a small amount of water, and is suitable for the purification of general electrical oil and lubricating oil. When the oil contains too much water and impurities, it must be pre-treated before being sent to the oil filter. The processing capacity of an ordinary oil filter is 25 to 200 liters/min. The square filter frame of the filter device has two inner side lengths of 200 mm and 250 mm. The filter plate and filter frame are made of cast iron or polypropylene.
Vacuum oil filter
Including the preliminary filter, vacuum evaporation tank, oil pump, filter device, condenser (ie condenser) and vacuum pump (see figure). The impure oil enters the vacuum evaporation tank through the preliminary filter under the action of atmospheric pressure. The oil is heated to above 100°C and sprayed into the vacuum chamber to become fine oil droplets. The water in the oil quickly evaporates into water vapor, which enters the condenser to be condensed and then discharged. The uncondensed water vapor is discharged to the atmosphere by the vacuum pump. The evaporated and dehydrated oil collected at the bottom of the vacuum evaporation tank is sent to the filtering device by the oil pump to filter out the solid impurities in the oil and further absorb the trace water. The vacuum oil filter can significantly improve the effect of removing water in the oil, and is suitable for the purification of oil for high-voltage electrical appliances. The newly-appearing molecular oil purifier also uses electrostatic separation and resin adsorption technology, which can remove deteriorated oil molecules, so that the insulating oil is highly purified and the insulation performance is improved.
Centrifugal oil filter
The working principle is simple and the effect is remarkable. There is a rotor with a double-jet nozzle inside, and only the pressure generated by the oil provides its driving force. After the equipment is turned on, the oil in the oil tank is sent to the rotor through the pump. After the standby oil is filled with the rotor, it is sprayed along the oil injection nozzle at the lower part of the turntable, which generates driving force to make the rotor rotate at a high speed. Its speed can reach 4000-6000r.p.m or more, and the generated force is more than 2000 times that of gravity, and the centrifugal force directly drives the impurities out of the oil. Hard and sharp abrasive metal materials, plus those residues that wear parts or deteriorate engine oil, can be taken out even if the size is as large as 1μm. The separated impurities adhere to the impurity collection cover in the rotor, and only need to be cleaned regularly. In addition, because the specific gravity of water is larger than that of oil, under the action of centrifugal force, the water is separated from the oil and stored in the oil accumulation pan in the rotor, which only needs to be removed during cleaning. The filtered oil flows directly back into the tank by gravity.
Gearbox Dialysis Machine
The gearbox dialysis machine utilizes the original oil supply and discharge pipelines, which can effectively reduce oil pollution caused by insoluble particles, oil oxidation degradation products and moisture, thereby extending the oil product life cycle and improving the life of the gearbox. At the same time, through real-time monitoring of the operating pressure and temperature in the system, the operating conditions of the gearbox can be understood to ensure the safe and stable operation of the gearbox. And the electrical control and filtering system are integrated to realize the real-time monitoring of the pressure and temperature in the system, alarm display, overload and overheat protection and other functions.
